Rules and laws - Do it

Carrying a knife is very dangerous to yourself and to others around you, for your safety you should not carry knives (with few exceptions). You may be seriously injured or even killed if you carry a knife, and people who do make themselves more vulnerable to injury and may be arrested. The police can stop and search you and if you are found to be carrying a knife the maximum penalty is four years in prison and a fine of £5000, which reflects the seriousness of this crime. There is now also a greater chance of being searched because police are trying to reduce knife-related crime.

In the activity below, drag a picture of the appropriate knife into the  yellow box next to the correct label.
